In 2015, the RA Ministry of Health launched public debates on the RA Draft Law on Making Amendments to the RA Law on Psychiatric Care.
Since protection of the rights of persons with mental health problems ranges among the areas of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly activities, HCA Vanadzor developed and in March 2016 submitted to the RA Ministry of Health its own proposals on the RA Draft Law on Making Amendments to RA Law on Psychiatric Care.
