Trial proceedings on missing person’s mother Svetlana Sargsyan’s case are over
08:56, March 21, 2017 | News, Own news | The Rights of Conflict VictimsThe RA Administrative Court completed the trial proceedings on missing person’s mother Svetlana Sargsyan’s case. She demanded to restore her entitlement to pension for persons who lost breadwinner.
Later, S. Sargsyan’s representative Tatevik Siradeghyan, lawyer at Yerevan Office of HCA Vanadzor, changed the grounds of the claim and asked the court to annul the decrees on terminating the plaintiff’s entitlement to pension for persons who lost breadwinner and payment of her pension, as well as consider unlawful the failure by the RA Military Registration and Enlistment Office to pass the plaintiff’s pension files to the State Social Security Service of RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and compel the RA Military Registration and Enlistment Office to pass the plaintiff’s pension files to the State Social Security Service of RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
At the court hearing of March 20, 2017, the Court considered the examination of the case to be completed and set announcement of the judicial act on April 10, 2017, at 1 pm.
