Examination of the claim against the medical commission’s decree on Hovhannes Mosyan completed
17:40, July 29, 2016 | News, Own news | Rights of Soldiers/RecruitsOn July 28, 2016, the RA Administrative Court, presided by K. Baghdasaryan, resumed the examination of the claim against the medical commission’s decree on Hovhannes Mosyan.
Like the previous court hearing, this hearing was not attended by the defendant party, and therefore, it was held in the presence of plaintiff’s representatives Gohar Mosyan and Tatevik Siradeghyan, lawyer at HCA Vanadzor Office in Yerevan.
In her opening remarks, the latter provided grounds to the effect that given the diagnosed disease of H. Mosyan, the RA Central Medical Commission should have granted him a deferment under another article of the RA Defense Minister’s Order № 410-N dated April 8, 2013, under which he should have been granted a deferment of 3 years and required the Court to annul the RA Central Medical Commission’s decree dated January 21, 2016.
At the stage of court debates, T. Siradeghyan also mentioned that she considered the claim substantiated and required the Court to grant it.
Considering the proceedings of the case completed, the Court set the date for announcing the judgment.
The Court judgment will be announced on August 18, 2016, at 5:50 pm.
