Police officers committed a breach by a murdered person’s vehicle considered material evidence; shot by video-recording devices (Video)

The mother of H. Falanjyan brutally murdered in May consulted HCA Vanadzor and said that the vehicle owned by her son and currently guarded by the police is used by police officers.
Furthermore, 3 months after her son’s death, a breach was committed by that vehicle; this is supported by both the letter on administrative violation sent by postal delivery, and the video by video-recording devices posted on www.police.am Police website. The video record clearly shows that the vehicle that committed a breach is MERCEDES-BENZ vehicle owned by H. Falanjyan.
It is noteworthy that according to the law, material evidence must be kept together with the criminal case. By illegally using the vehicle considered as material evidence, the police officers committed a criminal offense. HCA Vanadzor submitted a crime report to the RA Prosecutor General’s Office requiring to find out the circumstances of the crime and hold liable the persons responsible.
