15:29, November 7, 2016 | News, Own newsOn November 7, 2016, the General Jurisdiction Court of First Instance of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan, RA, presided by Judge M. Martirosyan, resumed examination of Susanna Simonyan’s complaint against V. Dolmazyan’s, Prosecutor at Investigation Department for High-Profile Cases at the RA Prosecutor General’s Office, refusal to restore the missed deadline for appealing decision on rejecting initiation of criminal proceedings.
The examination of the complaint was attended by S. Simonyan, her representative Tatevik Siradeghyan, lawyer at Yerevan Office of HCA Vanadzor, and V. Dolmazyan, Prosecutor at Investigation Department for High-Profile Cases at the RA Prosecutor General’s Office.
S. Simonyan’s representative submitted to the Court the results of the medical examination of July 19, 2016, according to which S. Simonyan had no vascular problems. T. Siradeghyan also noted that they intended to take a medical document from the attending doctor as well, but he was away from his office for health problems and T. Siradeghyan requested the Court to give them an opportunity to submit the reference issued to S. Simonyan by her attending doctor.
V. Dolmazyan, Prosecutor at Investigation Department for High-Profile Cases at the RA Prosecutor General’s Office, objected to the motion on postponing the court hearing noting that the epicrisis of July 19, 2016 contained complete information on S. Simonyan’s health status and the reference of her attending doctor might contain no other information.
T. Siradeghyan noted that the epicrisis attached to the complaint related to S. Simonyan’s health status as of July 19, 2016 whereas after treatment S. Simonyan again had problems and again sought treatment and they intended to submit to the court information on her health status after July 19.
Having asked a clarifying question on the time necessary to submit the document, the Court ruled to grant the motion and postpone the examination of the complaint till November 21, 2016, 10 am.
