Political prisoner Volodya Avetisyan went on a hunger strike: there are two requirements

Kostanyan, RA Prosecutor General; A. Hovhannisyan, RA Minister of Justice; A. Tatoyan, RA Human Rights Defender, a number of RA NA deputies and A. Sakunts, Chairman of HCA Vanadzor.
The authors of the open letter expressed their discontent with the fact that, along with other rights, they are also deprived of the right to release on parole and the right to open regime and required that relevant measures were taken to restore their rights in compliance with the legislation.
Today, we have already learned that Volodya Avetisyan went on a hunger strike requiring taking steps to resolve the issues identified in the open letter above and meeting the addressees of the letter.
