Village municipality officers provoke participants of non-party candidate’s meeting (video)

Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor received an alert from citizens stating that during non-party candidate for Head of Shahumyan village Vahe Araratyan’s meeting with voters, Levon Dallakyan, senior specialist, Hrayr Sosyan, deputy head and Ashot Mkhitaryan, logistics manager at the village municipality, went to the meeting participants and tried to provoke them.
It should be added that Edik Manukyan, current head of village municipality, was nominated in the upcoming elections by the Republican Party of Armenia.
