Plaintiff did not attend court hearing of Avan Mental Health Center CJSC v. HCA Vanadzor and Zh. Amarikyan
19:33, January 25, 2016 | News, Own news | Zhuleta AmarikyanThe General Jurisdiction Court of Lori Marz (Region) scheduled the next-in-time court hearing of Avan Mental Health Center CJSC v. HCA Vanadzor and Zhuleta Amarikyan for January 25, 2016 and intended to question the witnesses of the case.
The court hearing was attended by representatives of the defendant party, A. Sakunts, Chairman of HCA Vanadzor, and A. Zalyan, Legal Department Coordinator of the Organization.
Despite due notification of the date and time of the court hearing, the plaintiff party did not attend it.
Presiding judge V. Hovnanyan stated that the plaintiff party had filed a motion with the Court to adjourn the hearing. According to the motion, lawyer E. Bademyan, plaintiff’s representative, and the witnesses of the case could not attend the court hearing due to health problems and impassability of Yerevan-Vanadzor highway.
The defendant party did not object to the motion above.
The court hearing was adjourned.
The next court hearing is scheduled for March 2, 2016, 10 am.
