Responding to the statement of Artur Sakunts, Chairman of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor, published on hraparak.am news website that the April war should become the subject of parliamentary hearings, the Department of Information and Public Affairs of the RA Defense Ministry informed that “if the RA National Assembly came up with a relevant initiative, the RA Defense Ministry was willing to take part in parliamentary hearings on the April hostilities in any format and with any questions.”
