The working group, set up by the initiative of the RA Military Prosecutor’s Office to study the effectiveness of the investigation conducted regarding the death cases recorded in the RA Armed Forces, informs that persons, recognized as legal successors of victims over criminal cases with death outcomes, regarding which final decisions were made after January 1, 2011 and which were not appealed, can submit their applications to each group member out of the below-mentioned organizations or to the RA Military Prosecutor’s Office by August 26, 2013 for the discussion of the aforementioned cases.
