Corruption schemes, abuses and pressures against the RA citizens employed by the company: What exactly is happening in the South Caucasus Railway?
The company “South Caucasus Railway”, which has assumed the trust management of the Armenian Railway for a period of thirty years, has committed abuses and violations during ten years of operating in the RA.
Since 2008, millions of dollars have been frittered away in the company operating in the RA through kickbacks and other corruption schemes. Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor has received extensive information about this.
As reported by our source, the directors of the “South Caucasus Railway” CJSC, governing the company in different time periods, kept up with each other’s competition in their involvement in corruption schemes and the policy of pursuing their personal interest.
