The Respondents did not show up for the hearing of the claim against the Agency of Medical and Social Expertise

Today, on November 30, 2017, the claim submitted by M. B. against the Medical and Social Expertise Agency of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and Yerevan Medical and Social Expertise Commission No. 2 was adjourned by the RA Administrative Court.
It should be reminded that M. B., recognized as a person with a third-degree disability prior to this, was not assigned a degree of disability with the decision of August 4, 2017 made by the RA Medical and Social Expertise Agency.
Following the appeal by the administrative procedure, the decision remained unchanged. However, in case of M. B.’s health issues, the disease causing the disability could have been discovered had the phases, manners and degrees of its clinical manifestations been determined. Nevertheless, this measure had not been taken.
Yerevan Medical and Social Expertise Commission No. 2 did not show up for the hearing. The summons was returned with a “moved” note.
The Court decided to adjourn the hearing and inform the Respondent about the court session properly.
