“Withdrawing negotiations will inevitably lead to bloodshed, and it is them, the authorities and the police, who will be responsible for it”, says Artur Sakunts, Chairman of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor.
As for the police actions of apprehending hundreds of citizens starting from yesterday, the human rights activist called them police terror against the RA citizens. “That is, while they and the like-minded persons qualify the actions of the armed group as terrorism, they commit the same act of terrorism against a mass of unarmed civilians”, Sakunts said.
