This report represents the results of human rights monitoring held in all of the Mental Health Facilities in Armenia, during the period of July-November, 2009, except for the Lori Regional Neuro-psychiatric Dispensary.
Human Rights Defense
Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor, being a human rights organization, is vigorously enrolled in activities in the field of human rights protection.

The logical continuation of human rights defense is advocacy. Because HCA Vanadzor has adopted the issue of human rights defense, it considers advocacy as an inseparable part of it. Currently HCA Vanadzor is actively enrolled in the activities in the sphere of advocacy.
