On April 30, 2013 the National Assembly by the second reading and fully adopted the drafts on making amendments and addenda to the RA laws on “Psychiatric Care” and “Advocacy”.
NA Adopted a Draft on making amendments and supplements to the RA law on “Psychiatric Care”
On February 25, 2012 the National Assembly adopted the draft laws on making supplements to the RA law on “Psychiatric Care” and on “Advocacy” by the first reading.
NA also adopted the Draft Law regarding “Making Amendments to RA Law on State and Official Secrets”
On March 21, 2013 the RA National Assembly fully adopted the draft law on “Making amendments to RA Law on State and Official Secrets” by the second reading.
The Government Responded Positively to Making Supplement and Amendment to the RA law “On Psychiatric Aid”
The RA Government and Legal Department of RA National Assembly, by conducting a professional examination of the legislative recommendation drafted by the Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly- Vanadzor, reached a positive response.
