“Prosperous Armenia” faction MP Vahan Babayan for now refrains from giving any assessment

In response to the inquiry of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Vanadzor regarding the RA’s membership to the Customs Union, Vahan Babayan writes,
“In response to the question posed in your letter dated on 09.09.2013 regarding being for or against the membership of the Republic of Armenia to the Customs Union, I would like to inform you that at this point I am not aware of any documental or official data, therefore, I will for now refrain from giving any assessment or expressing a disposition”.
