The person who was unlawfully assigned a third-degree disability was re-examined with the support of HCA Vanadzor and assigned a second-degree disability

images-9S. Sharmazanov, who had a third-degree disability, was re-examined on July 11, 2017, and assigned a third-degree disability. However, taking into account his health issues, he should have been assigned a second-degree disability.

“There’s no commission as there’s no doctor and we don’t know when there will be any”; persons with disabilities from Vanadzor have not got their benefits for already 2 months

Gh. from Vanadzor consulted HCA Vanadzor and said that as a result of medical and social expert examination, the previous year he was declared a person with disabilities for 1 year and consequently, disability benefit was awarded. February 26, 2017 was assigned as the date for the next-in-turn medical and social expert examination.

The victim of doctor’s illegal activities H. Katrjan cannot restore his rights

Untitled66In 2014, Hovhannes Katrjyan applied to HCA Vanadzor office with a request to protect his rights. For the recent few years, the latter has been fighting for the restoration of his rights and reimbursement for the losses he has suffered. H. Katrjyan has serious health problems, since 1985 he has been living with the help of a heart stimulating device.

The RA MoD refuses compensating the surgery expenses of military pensioner

Former serviceman Edvard Hakhverdyan had applied to Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly for the protection of his rights. With acute myocardial infarction diagnosis Edvard Hakhverdyan was taken to Yerevan State Medical University after “Mkhitar Heratsi” SNCO in October, 2011, where he underwent a cardiac surgery, coronary stent placement was administered.  The surgery cost 1.860.000 AMD.

‘RA POLICE, WHAT A SHAME!’

On August 27, 2013, at 1:00 p.m., a march and assembly were launched against the mass repressions by the police in front of the RA Police Office. Despite the prior notice on holding the assembly directly in front of the Police Office, the Deputy Chief of the RA Police Valeri Osipyan argued that the assembly participants closed the entrance to the Police Office, and he was unable to ensure their security there.
