Examination of the complaint under the case of organizing illegal sale of cell phones under the patronage of the penitentiary administration postponed

As we informed before, today, on February 20, 2017, the General Jurisdiction Court of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan, RA, had a scheduled hearing on examination of the complaint filed by convict Armen Shamiryan and his representatives, Arayik Zalyan, lawyer at HCA Vanadzor, and Tigran Safaryan, lawyer involved by the Organization, on the decree on discontinuing the criminal proceedings on organized illegal sale of cell phones by convict A. Shamiryan at ‘Hrazdan’ penitentiary facilities under the patronage of the penitentiary administration.
The examination was postponed due to the court’s heavy workload till March 13, 2017, 4:30 pm.
Note that during the previous court hearing, in addition to the submitted application, Arayik Zalyan, lawyer at HCA Vanadzor, who protects A. Shamiryan’s interests, also submitted a supplement to the application.
