Next-in-turn court hearing on the case of suspicious purchases for penitentiaries was scheduled

Chalabyan’s decree on suspicious purchases for penitentiary facilities of October 24, 2016.
Note that based on the publication entitled ‘Corruption risks and manifestations in penitentiary facilities’ on pmg.am website of the Public Observers Group Monitoring RA MoJ Penitentiary Institutions and Bodies, on September 28, 2016, HCA Vanadzor submitted a crime report. However, the investigative body decided to reject initiation of criminal proceedings.
At the court hearing, HCA Vanadzor’s representative Ani Chatinyan, lawyer of the Organization, asked for the copies of the case files and the court hearing was postponed so that she had time to get familiar with them.
The next court hearing is scheduled for March 23, 2017, at 11 am.
