Participation in Decision-making
With an aim to improve the human rights situation, activities like participation in the decision making of various authorities are carried out.
Provision of civil society participation in the decision- making of LSGBs, various departments of state authorities allows bringing up the issues of the society, initiating discussions regarding the problems the society faces, and monitoring the legitimacy of the resolutions made by the aforementioned authorities. For this purpose, the procedures of decision-making by the state authorities and LSGBs, as well as legal and political settings existing in the field are studied, in line with favorable and unfavorable factors influencing the decision- making.
