On March 14, 2017, the RA Administrative Court, presided by judge H. Ayvazyan, announced the judgment on the administrative case RA Police v. Gayane Arustamyan on imposing on her administrative sanctions and Gayane Arustamyan v. RA Police on declaring the RA Police actions unlawful.

The Court ruled to grant the RA Police claim on imposing on G. Arustamyan administrative sanctions under Article 172.3 of the RA Code of Administrative Offenses and fine her 30.000 AMD. At the same time, by its judicial act, the Court ruled to reject G. Arustamyan’s and her representative T. Siradeghyan’s (lawyer at Yerevan Office of HCA Vanadzor) counter-claim on declaring the RA Police actions unlawful.
