‘Founding Parliament’ member Hovhannes Ghazaryan to stay in detention another 2 months

On September 23, 2016, the General Jurisdiction Court of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan, RA, granted the investigator’s motion on extending ‘Founding Parliament’ member Hovhannes Ghazaryan’s detention period.
By the Court’s ruling, Hovhannes Ghazaryan’s detention period was extended by 2 months.
Note that he was arrested on charges of using violence against police officers during the mass riots following the seizure of the RA Police patrol and guard service regiment by ‘Sasna Tsrer’ group members on July 17, 2016.
