HCA – Vanadzor appeals the decision of the Avagani of Stepanavan

On September 14, 2010 the preliminary court session of the case claimed by Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly – Vanadzor for annuling the administrative act defined by the avagani of Stepanavan took place in Vanadzor residence of RA Administrative court.
It should be noted that HCA Vanadzor required to annul the decision of the avagani of Stepanavan, according to which the municipality defined 500 drams for the copy of each page of the decisions.
After having examined the subject and the basis of the claim the court decided to start the trial. As far as the responding side was not present at the trial the court decided to postpone the session giving the other side a chance to get familiar with the materials of the case.
