The representative of the party carrying out construction works at Vanadzor’s Artsakh Park did not show up at the Court
16:36, July 31, 2018 | News, Own newsToday, on July 31, 2018, the examination of the claim of HCA Vanadzor on ceasing the construction works at Vanadzor’s Artsakh Park continued at the Vanadzor Residence of the RA Administrative Court.
On January 24, 2018, after applying to Mayor of Vanadzor M. Aslanyan twice and receiving a rejection, HCA Vanadzor filed a claim with the Court with the demand to cease the construction works being carried out at the park considered as a monument without the consent of the Ministry of Culture and the Regional Administration of Lori.
During the previous court session, the Court involved G & M LLC, the company conducting the construction works, as a third party in the case, as the case related to the company’s rights.
Today, the representative of the third party did not show up at the Court due to having another court session in Yerevan. He had informed the Court about this and asked to adjourn the session. The parties did not object.
The parties are to be further notified of the date of the next court session.
