“On September 22, 2010 the Court of Common Jurisdiction of Lori region, presided by judge V. Ghazaryan, examined the application of HCA Vanadzor against the Prosecutor’s office of Lori region on obliging to make a decision on bringing a criminal case or rejecting to bring a criminal case.”
During the trial the representative of the organization presented a solicitation on the above-mentioned claim formulated in the following way: “To oblige RA Lori region Prosecutor’s office to make a decision according to Article 181 of RA Criminal Code and provide the organization with the copy of the decision.”
The court satisfied the solicitation, after which the representative of the organization presented the application and required the claim.
The court also demanded to present documents related to the case, for which the representative of the organization asked for a 30 minute break, and the Prosecutor asked to postpone the court trial.
The next trial is to be held on September 23, 2010, at 12:00.
It should be noted that on June 10, 2010 RA Criminal Court of Appeal satisfied the application of the Prosecutor’s office of Lori region and sent it to the Court of Common Jurisdiction of Lori region for a new examination.
