Trial at RA Criminal Court of Appeals

At 16:00 pm on July 18, 2011, the RA Criminal Court of Appeals will hear a court trial over HCA-Vanadzor claim against the resolution made by Lori Region Court of General Jurisdiction.
Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor claims that the RA Criminal Court of Appeals should abrogate the resolution made by Lori Region Court of General Jurisdiction and oblige the RA Lori Region Prosecutor General’s Office to file a criminal case over the interrogator’s unlawful actions.
It should be noted that an illegal search had been conducted by an interrogator in a citizen’s apartment without relevant court’s decision, regarding which he RA Lori Region Prosecutor General Office has refused to file a criminal case.
