Valeri Abrahamyan claims that 2, 200,000 AMD fines should be levied against the “Safe Roof” LTD for compensation. During the construction of a hydroelectric power plant, the land adjacent to his home became a construction site.
Subsequently he was denied a chance to plant his crops, and as a result suffered financial losses. The construction was carried out with violations in initial design and as a result 4 square meters of land was misused.
During the court trial Valeri Abrahamyan made his claim clear: 2, 200,000 AMD fines against “Safe Roof” LTD, 1,500,000 AMD for damage compensation, and 700,000 AMD for compensation of the damage caused to him, The plaintiff party submitted a motion to the court ordering an inspection to disclose if the hydroelectric power plant had been constructed with violations in the initial design and whether the level of noise around the hydroelectric power plant was permissible.
The court decided to adjourn the trial until August 22, 2011 in order to reach a decision over the submitted motions.
