A woman whose son K. Gh. studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Yerevan State University alerted HCA Vanadzor in October of this year, informing that there was no partial tuition reimbursement provided to her son who participated in the Four-day War.

After alerting HCA Vanadzor, on November 2, 2017 the matter was discussed first at the Department for the Protection of Family and Children’s and Women’s Rights of Lori Regional Administration and then at the Administration of Education, Culture and Sport.

Sevan-Yerevan highway as a Route for Military Drills
As a sign of protest, the relatives of term soldier Lyuks Stepanyan, who was murdered on May 15 of 2013 in Noyemberyan, attempted to transport his dead body to the RA Government building claiming full revelation of the boy’s death circumstances. As we already know that attempt was offhandedly prevented on Sevan-Yerevan highway on the part of force structures.
