Findings of the 2017 Monitoring of Mass Media Publications on Drug Users, Drug Trafficking and other Drug-related Issues
The majority of the 168 publications published on the official web pages of state bodies, 164 of them or nearly 98% were disseminated by the RA Police. 3 publications were published on the web page of the RA Prosecutor’s Office and only 1 – on the web page of the RA Ministry of Health. There were no relevant publications on the official web page of the RA Labor and Social Affairs.

Reference on performance of the actions to ensure implementation of the 2014-2019 Strategy on Maintenance and Improvement of Mental Health in Republic of Armenia: 2014-2016
While the implementation of the Strategy largely depends on financial investments, the entities responsible do not mostly address them in their responses. Judging by the monitoring results, the lack of cooperation among the co-implementing entities also negatively affected the implementation of the Strategy. The results and terms of the actions are not clear and measurable, which makes it difficult to assess them.
Reference on death cases in RA Armed Forces and NK Defense Army in the first 6 months of 2017
HCA Vanadzor collected the data on the death cases in January-June 2017 from the information disseminated by the mass media and official sources as well as provided by the families of the deceased servicemen.
According to the findings of the study by HCA Vanadzor, in January-June 2017, 36 conscript soldiers and contract servicemen, more exactly 23 conscript soldiers and 13 contract servicemen, deceased in the RA armed forces and NK defense army.
