Pursuant to the WikiLeaks, the Republic of Armenia, headed by high-rank officials of the Government, sold ammunition to Iran which had been purchased from the Republic of Bulgaria. HCAV requested the following information:
1. How much money did the Republic of Armenia spend on the purchase of ammunition from Bulgaria?
2. For what amount did the RA sell the ammunition and weapons to Iran?
3. Which RA State Body made the decision to purchase ammunition from the Republic of Bulgaria?
4. Which state official signed the agreement to purchase ammunition from Bulgaria and sell it to Iran?
The organization also requested that the RA Prime Minister provide copies of the agreement regarding the ammunition purchase and signed between Armenia and Iran. The RA Prime Minister forwarded the letter to the RA Ministry of Defense.
