A Message to the RA Ministry of Urban Planning
00:00, August 28, 2011 | Press Release“Spitak Helsinki Group” human rights organization addressed a message to the RA Ministry of Urban Planning.
Because of the authorizations and powers of the RA Ministry of Urban Planning, the human rights organization came up with a request to turn to the RA Government with an amendment recommendation, by which it will abolish the following sentence of Point 22, Part 2 of # 1337 decree ratified by the RA Government on 13.11.2008:
“The list of citizens, who have a right to improve the conditions of their place of residence, are subject to approval by the community leader until December 15, 2008” or necessary mechanisms will be created, by which the citizens will be provided with a chance to be reinstated on the waiting list based on newly presented documents.
