Dear Mr. Minister,
According to the 8.2 article of RA Constitution, to the principles defined in VII chapter of the RA National Security strategy, a group of non governmental organizations express their readiness to start events that are directed towards the implementation of civil control in RA Military Forces.
This initiative will promote the implementation of international responsibilities taken by RA in this sphere, as well as strengthening army-society relation and involvement of the army in democratic processes.
We hope that the initiative on this important issue is a praiseworthy progress. We are ready to meet and discuss details on the proposed program.
