«Komunsrev» firm does not pay salaries of the employees

3 citizens referred to HCA Vanadzor office with a request to protect their rights and informed that their salaries have not been paid for several months. The citizens informed that it has been a couple of months «Komnsrev» firm does not pay their salaries.
It should be noted that «Komunsrev» firm won the tender announced by Vanadzor municipality and is now responsible for the implementation of greening and cleaning of the city.
First, Razmik Hovhannisyan applied to HCA Vanadzor and based on his letter of inquiry presented to the organization a letter was sent to RA MJ Staff Healthcare administration head and mayor of Vanadzor city informing that the employee of «Komunsrev» had worked 4 months according to the contract; however he was paid for a month only.
In response to the organization’s inquiry of September 15, 2014, RA MJ healthcare administration sent an interesting letter on October 1, 2014. The letter informed that an administrative proceeding was started and was shortly dismissed as Razmik Hovhannisyan who reffered to HCA Vanadzor, presented written consent informing that his request was met and he takes his complaint back.
Enclosed to the letter there is an inquiry addressed to the RA MJ HSA Lori region head Melanya Sarukhanyan, with which R. Hovhanissyan thanks M. Sarukhanyan for restoring his violated rights and reimbursing his salary.
Surprisingly, there is another inquiry enclosed to the writ, which is addressed to HCA Vanadzor President Arthur Sakunts, through which R. Hovhannisyan thanks RA MJ Healthcare administration for receiving his salary, at the same time informing that he discards his inquiry presented to the organization.
The above mentioned writ was received on October 7, 2014 and in the second half of October, two more citizens referred to the organization informing that «Komunsrev» does not pay their salaries.
On 31, October, HCA Vanadzor sent another inquiry to RA MJ personnel healthcare state administration regarding the unpaid salaries of the citizens but there has been no response so far. We expect that this time RA MJ personnel healthcare state administration will solve the problem of not just one citizen but will provide a complex solution to the problem of «Komunsrev» not paying salaries to employees.
