“He is in a very good state; at least, I have such impression of him. Judging by his appearance, he is not least depressed. He is neatly dressed and is sitting in the court room with good mood. He does not seem to have the mood of psychologically suppressed person”, noted Hovsep Sargsyan.
We also talked with the lawyer of Serob Ter-Poghosyan. As a result, it turned out that the lawyer’s goal was not justifying him, but… “We shall simply provide legal assistance to him. The task of a lawyer is to provide legal assistance to a person”, repeated the lawyer.
The court trial that had begun at 12 pm ended at 18:20 pm. The accusing party Hovsep Sargsyan told the reporters that the existing video materials had been used as evidence during the court proceedings. Only one of the two victims, present during the trial, was interrogated due to lack of time.
