T. Siradeghyan, lawyer at HCA Vanadzor’s representative office in Yerevan, provided their developed versions.
The provided document is available here in Armenian.
However, they include the contents of new legislative acts, while HCA Vanadzor had requested the manual approved by the order issued by the RA Armed Forces Chief of the General Staff on January 15, 2014.
As not the entire manual was provided and it is uncertain whether the restrictions were those established under the manual, HCA Vanadzor persists in the claim submitted.
It should be recalled that with the submitted claim HCA Vanadzor requested a copy of the manual that was approved by the order issued by the RA Armed Forces Chief of the General Staff on January 15, 2014 pertaining to the description of military service restrictions, permitted physical exercises and the restrictions regarding the appointment to military ranks. The Defense Ministry had previously refused to provide information, considering it a state secret.
During the court hearing held on February 5, 2018 the Court proposed to the representative of the respondent to provide the extract of the confidential order that proved the confidentiality of the order. Incidentally, if it is impossible to provide it to the court as a copy, that extract of the order will be examined at a court session behind closed doors.
The next hearing is on March 19, 2018.
