The Ministry of Defense will not provide the manual on military service restrictions to HCA Vanadzor

Today, on July 12, 2018, the RA Administrative Court rejected HCA Vanadzor’s claim against the Ministry of Defense.
It should be recalled that HCA Vanadzor demanded a copy of the manual on the description of military service restrictions as well as restrictions in permitted physical exercise and appointment of military ranks. The manual was approved by the order issued by the Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces on January 15, 2014.
Prior to this, the Ministry of Defense refused to provide the information, considering it a state secret.
During the court session held on July 20, 2017, the representative of the MoD announced that the manual would be available in the system of arils.am as an annex to the Defense Ministry’s Order N 410 –N of 04.08.2013. However, later it became clear that the RA Defense Ministry did not publish the manual in the system of arils.am.
