This time again the Witnesses were not Interrogated over the Death Case of a Soldier Suffering from Chickenpox
07:57, January 23, 2013 | News | Right to Life, Rights of Soldiers/Recruits | Armed ForcesToday, on January 21, the court trial over the death case of a soldier suffering from chickenpox was held at the Court of Common Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan, upon the opening of the trial it was recessed as the accusing party Manvel Grigoryan and Anahit Yeghiazaryan did not attend the court hearing.
The court trial was attended by defendants Minas Mkrtchyan and Mikael Mikaelyan, Defense Attorney Varduhi Elbakyan and Levon Poghosyan, witnesses Viktoria Achemyan, Hranush Petrosyan, Arevik Margaryan, Angin Sargsyan- nurses from the Neurological Department of RA MoD Central Clinical Military Hospital.
It was later revealed that the representative of legal successor of the aggrieved Mushegh Shushanyan had previously phoned and informed about his sickness by simultaneously notifying Movses Khachatryan, the legal successor of the aggrieved, that he will not be present at the court hearing. The reason of the prosecutors’ absence is unknown.
The next court session will be held at 14:00 pm, on February 4.
The witnesses that had been present in the court trials for already several times without being interrogated will attend the hearing once again.
