Trial Proceedings on Rustam Ghazaryan’s Case Completed
22:49, November 10, 2015 | News, Own news | Rights of PatientsOn November 9, 2015, the General Jurisdiction Court of First Instance of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts, Yerevan, RA, presided by judge A. Petrosyan, examined Rustam Ghazaryan’s claim against the RA MoH Republican Narcological Center CJSC requiring to withdraw R. Ghazaryan from registration at the Center. While the defendant party had been properly notified of the date and time of the court hearing, it was not represented in the Court, and therefore, the resumed hearing was attended only by plaintiff’s representative Tatevik Siradeghyan, lawyer at HCA Vanadzor Yerevan Office. She insisted on the entire claim filed and provided grounds to the effect that the plaintiff was registered at the Center in violation of relevant procedures. Also, she brought grounds about the violated terms of determining the timeframe for medical monitoring and restriction of certain rights due to the plaintiff’s registration as a drug user. T. Siradeghyan requested the Court to restore the violated rights of the plaintiff by annulling his registration at the RA MoH Republican Narcological Center CJSC and the records about him as a drug user in the medical documents of Center. Upon examining the available evidence, the Court considered the trial proceedings completed. The Court will announce its ruling on November 23, 2015, at 5:30.
