Today, on November 10, the representatives of New Armenia (Nor Hayastan) Public Salvation Front held an awareness campaign in Vanadzor, near the office of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Vanadzor on the rally to be held in Yerevan on December 1. At the same time, people were invited to fill out the New Armenia Front active supporter registration forms providing their data and indicating how they could contribute to the organization of the rally. According to organizers, the campaign held near the office of HCA Vanadzor aimed to protect people from possible violence. Similar events were also held in a number of other settlements in the country: according to the organizers, they mostly aimed to estimate the approximate number of the supporters of the “No” initiative. The organizers also noted that the persons willing to attend the rally in Yerevan on December 1 would be free of charge transported to the rally area. The campaign is to be continued.
