Court dismissed the complaint of A. Sakunts, Chairman of HCA Vanadzor

On March 31, 2015, the General Jurisdiction Court of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan, RA, presided by Judge G. Poghosyan, resumed the examination of the complaint by Artur Sakunts, Chairman of HCA Vanadzor, dated October 14, 2015, against the decree of H. Yenokyan, Prosecutor at RA Prosecutor General’s Office Department for High-Profile Cases on initiating criminal proceedings.
The hearing was attended by plaintiff A. Sakunts and H. Yenokyan, Prosecutor at RA Prosecutor General’s Office Department for High-Profile Cases.
At the previous court hearing on this case, the parties to trial presented the complaint and objections to it, and therefore the Court asked whether they needed to present any supplementary grounds.
The parties to the trial presented no supplementary grounds.
A. Sakunts made a statement to the effect that by rejecting his representative Arayik Zalyan’s motion on request of criminal case materials at the previous hearing, the Court deprived the plaintiff party of the opportunity to submit supplementary arguments and materials based thereon.
Having considered the examination of the complaint completed, the Court withdrew to the deliberation room to make a ruling. By its ruling, the Court dismissed the complaint filed by A. Sakunts.
