11:02, February 7, 2017 | News, Own newsOn February 3, 2017, the RA Administrative Court of Appeals, presided by Judge A. Sargsyan, and with participation of judges A. Abovyan and A. Babyan, resumed the examination of the claim of defendant and counter-plaintiff Taron Siradeghyan and his representative Tatevik Siradeghyan, Lawyer at HCA Vanadzor, against the RA Court of Appeals judgment of March 2, 2016. Note that the previous court hearing on this case was postponed due to impossibility to examine the video material.
The court hearing was attended by Aida Demirkhanyan, representative of plaintiff and counter-defendant RA Police, defendant and counter-plaintiff T. Siradeghyan and his representative.
After examination of the video being material evidence, defendant’s representative T. Siradeghyan presented the inconsistencies in the testimony of the police officer questioned as a witness under the case at the lower court, and according to her, such inconsistencies should serve the basis for considering the testimony unreliable.
The Parties were given some questions, including on the evidence on keeping T. Siradeghyan at the police station for over 3 hours set by law, after which the Court considered the examination of the appeal completed.
The RA Administrative Court of Appeals would announce its ruling on this case on February 24, 2017, at 10:45 am.
