Examination of ‘Electric Yerevan’ participant Mikayel Kirakosyan’s complaint to be continued

Nikoghosyan, examined ‘Electric Yerevan’ participant Mikayel Kirakosyan’s complaint.
Note that he submitted a crime report on being apprehended by force from the protest area on July 6, 2015 and receiving injuries as a result of such apprehension. Criminal proceedings were initiated, but on December 26, 2016, they were discontinued.
The hearing was attended by M. Kirakosyan, his representative Tatevik Siradeghyan, lawyer at Yerevan Office of HCA Vanadzor, and V. Avetisyan, Deputy Head of the chief of the Department for Crimes of Torture and Crimes against Humanity of the RA SIS, responsible for the investigation.
The Court verified the identities of the parties, discussed the absence of any challenge motions and then determined the procedure for examining the complaint.
Due to a previously scheduled court hearing on another case in the courtroom, the examination of the complaint was postponed till April 7, 2017, 3 pm.
