A while ago, we got an alert that at the moment ‘Independent Observer’ Alliance observer Edmon Voskanyan came to the commission at polling station 21/28 and tried to prevent an electoral fraud the commission members and some proxies attacked him and forced him out of the polling station.

The other observers at the polling station alerted of numerous frauds there, such as open vote, guidance of voters, cases of several people entering the voting booth and other incidents.
