Gathering of vehicles near polling station 20/04

‘Independent Observer’ Alliance observers reported gathering of vehicles near polling station 20/04 in Gegharkunik marz (region).
As shown in the photo, about 15 cars were parked directly in front of the polling station.
Also, there were alerts on gathering of non-voting persons at the polling station. According to the alert, the police officers took no actions against those persons but rather assisted them.
