Supplementary statement: a copy of the reference from technical device at polling station 31/49 in Gyumri was issued to the observer after alert

On April 2, 2017, after 8 pm, the observers representing ‘Independent Observer’ Alliance alerted that observers were denied copies of the references printed from the technical devices at polling stations 21/05 and 31/49.
Based on Article 68(3) of the RA Electoral Code, according to which a copy of the reference printed from the technical device signed by the chairperson of the territorial election commission and sealed with the commission’s seal shall be issued upon request to the candidates, observers and proxy of the parties that took part in the elections present at the wrap-up meeting. Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor submitted a crime report.
Later, the problem at polling station 31/49 in Gyumri was solved and a copy of the reference printed from the technical device was issued to the observer.
