Ministry of Defense declassified the Manual on Limitations on Military Service for Conscripts with Health Problems; in August it will be accessible on arlis.am

Note that by its claim, HCA Vanadzor demanded a copy of the manual on the characteristics of limitations on military service, permissible physical drills and limitations on assigning military service positions approved by the order of the Head of the General Headquarters of RA Armed Forces of January 15, 2014. Before, the Defense Ministry refused to provide the information considering it a state secret.
At the court hearing of July 20, the parties made their opening speeches. S. Soghomonyan, lawyer at HCA Vanadzor, insisted on the claim. And Defense Ministry’s representative noted in his speech that the Ministry set up a working group to declassify the required information. The annex drafted by the group has already been approved by the Defense Minister and will be submitted to the RA Ministry of Justice in August.
According to the Defense Ministry’s representative, as early as late August, the manual will be already available in arlis.am system in form of an Annex to RA Defense Minister’s Decree № 410-N of August 4. 2013.
