A. B., was drafted in July, 2017, having spreading moles on his hand, which, according to the members of the medical commission, if harmed, might pose a danger. Despite this, he was recognized as fit for military service and urged to be cautious.

The conscript’s mother turned to HCA Vanadzor on October 26, 2017. On the very same day, in order to solve the conscript’s health problems and review the issue of his fitness, HCA Vanadzor turned to the RA Ministry of Defense.
On January 16, 2018 M. Hakobyan, Chief of the RA AF General Staff, informed in a letter that A. B. was examined and operated, following which he was recognized as fit for military service. A. B. has been continuing military service since December 2017.
