Tens of thousands of protesters continue the protest actions in the streets of Yerevan and in other localities of Armenia.
As of 6.30 pm, there were 251 detained persons.
7 persons injured during today’s assembly sought medical assistance; 3 persons injured in the previous days continue to receive medical assistance.
Representatives of media outlets were subjected to violence by persons in civilian clothing and police officers.
The movement of people leaving different localities of Armenia for Yerevan is being hindered.

NA members Nikol Pashinyan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Sasun Mikayelyan are arrested.
A number of citizens, including journalists, were damaged due to the special measures applied by the police.
As of 3.00 pm, there were 192 detained persons.

The advocate is not allowed to visit Parliament members Sasun Mikayelyan and Ararat Mirzoyan, who were taken to a police station.
Police officers, including masked police officers, detained dozens of protesters. The exact number of detained persons is unknown.

Yesterday evening, during the rally of the opposition, RA President Armen Sargsyan visited the Republic Square in Yerevan and talked to Nikol Pashinyan.
Following this, Nikol Pashinyan informed that he informed the President of their demand: the resignation of RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan and the transition of power.
Later, Nikol Pashinyan announced that Serzh Sargsyan had agreed to discuss it, and their meeting was going to take place in the morning.
The meeting that took place at 10.00 am on April 22 was brief. Nikol Pashinyan mentioned that he had not come for a dialogue and was only ready to discuss the question of Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan’s resignation.
Serzh Sargsyan urged to cease the protests; otherwise, Nikol Pashinyan woul bear the entire responsibility. Not listening to Nikol Pashinyan’s speech, he left.
Nikol Pashinyan called upon the people to double the magnitude of the acts of civil disobedience and continue them. After this, he continued the march.
Late in the evening of April 21, Davit Sanasaryan, one of the coordinators of the movement, was detained. Earlier, Armen Grigoryan had been arrested.
Today, police officers forcibly removed from the scene RA NA members Sasun Mikayelyan and Ararat Mirzoyan and the leader of the movement RA NA member Nikol Pashinyan as well as a number of other participants in the peaceful assembly.
The police applied special measures against peaceful protesters.
