HCA – Vanadzor provides with free of charges legal assistance to socially vulnerable groups in situations when people have legal issues with representatives of state authorities and need preparation of documentation, court and other representation, collection of information and other types of legal services. Provision of legal assistance aims both re-instatement of violated rights and prevention of human rights violations through raising the legal consequence of the population. If needed the organization also ensures involvement of an attorney at law for criminal cases.
