Ruling of Administrative Court of Appeals on Khudoyans’ Case to be Appealed to RA Cassation Court

Abovyan, announced its ruling on the appeal of spouses Ashot Khudoyan and Heghine Makaryan removed by a group of police officers from the area near the RA Presidential Palace on December 2, 2013. Having examined the appeal against the RA Administrative Court judgment dated May 22, 2015, the Court ruled to dismiss it and upheld the judicial act of the lower court. By this ruling, the RA Administrative Court of Appeals found that the lower court’s judgment contained no violations of application, non-application or misinterpretation of legal regulations that might lead to the wrong solution of the case. Based on the aforementioned, the Court ruled to entirely dismiss the appeal. The ruling of the Administrative Court of Appeals will be appealed to the RA Court of Cassation.
